Transit Time

If you have ordered two or more items, you may receive them in different boxes on different days, due to item availability and shipping locations. Often the products will be shipped separately from each other for added security in transit, so you may receive more than one delivery to your address.

Please note:

Our standard delivery time is a minimum of 7 working days. If a product is out of stock/any change in product, the maximum delivery duration extends to 40-45 days (For re-manufacturing).

You can choose between a refund or a credit note on full priced items.

• Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
• Earrings cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
• Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Sale items can not be refunded for change of mind.
